Spacious 11 bedroom manor house high above the North Devon countryside with views to the sea in the distance.
Available as a whole or in 2 units. The main house has 7 large bedrooms. The North wing has 4 double rooms . Most rooms can be arranged as either double, twin, bunks or family style. In addition there is a large communal games barn with indoor swimming pool and 25 acres of grounds including extensive woods. The formal walled garden is adjacent to the main house and the North Wing have their own private gardens.
The propertiy is superbly internally equipped as well as enjoying a full range of garden furniture, BBQ etc. The spacious light interiors, a range of media equipment, and well equipped kitchens and bathrooms make this an easy place to come together with friends or family. It is a warm house, with constant hot water, crisp cotton bed linen, deep sofas and log burning stoves in the living areas. The Manor House has a large formal walled garden, the north wing has it's own private garden. In addition the grounds extend to 25 acres of farmland and woods.
The swimming pool is indoor and heated with large French doors leading to the garden. Stables provide a warm and welcoming home for dogs which are free to roam the land but not in the house please. North Devon is host to some of the worlds most beautiful beaches, Saunton Sands with miles of stunning beach is the second longest tide in the world and is only 3 miles away. It also hosts a stunning nature reserve for birds at Braunton Burroughs. Croyde with some of the best surfing in the world is only a few minutes drive away. Putsborough, to the west side of Woolacombe bay is the most beautiful beach you will ever see.

Whether it's a small intimate day in the dining room or a big celebration in a marquee Ash Barton will provide the perfect back drop for the wedding photos.
The coastal walks are well marked. Nearest town: Braunton 1 mile, shops, restaurants, pubs. 5 miles to Barnstaple, supermarkets, shopping, restaurants. Nearest Rail/Bus station: Barnstaple. Nearest airport: Exeter. Braunton is a good base as it allows easy access to both the north coast, including Ilfracombe, Lynton and Lynmouth and Exmoor, yet is still within reach of resorts and attractions to the west of Barnstaple such as Bideford, Appledore and Clovelly. 20 minutes drive from Exmoor. 30 minutes to Dartmoor.
