A former Victorian Granary and Railway Warehouse, The converted property offers the perfect retreat for large Family / friends and smaller Corporate groups.
Located on the edge of Burton Agnes Village, set in approx 2 acres, framed by the Burton Agnes Estate. A superb base for enjoying the East and North Yorkshire Coastline, exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds, or to simply to relax and enjoy the country setting.
Sleeps 14 guests over 5 suites and bedrooms.
The Old Granary was converted in 2004 with the emphasis on entertaining.
Designed with ample space to relax and play. The light and airy dining room easily seats 14 with enough room to dance!
Its high ceiling displays the original beams and grain hatch detail with an oak spiral staircase leading to the Lounge….
The Lounge spans the upper floor of the original Granary. Again, provides comfortable seating for 14 and retains the vast King Trusses, hoist beams and original Cast Iron windows.
In the Cherry Shaker kitchen, you can utilise the large capacity cooking facilities with double oven, grille, 7 ring gas hob, American style double fridge / freezer, convection microwave and dishwasher. Also provides breakfast seating for eight.
The Glass Reception Hall doubles as a further reception room, perfect for reading the morning news and bringing the two original buildings together.
The Old Railway Warehouse accommodates the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The outside “Dining room” provides dining facilities for 14 plus, with a barbeque large enough to cater for everyone.
The large garden leads to a small woodland beyond.
