LUXURIOUS FARMHOUSE SET IN AN AREA OF OUTSTANDING BEAUTY WITH PAN0RAMIC VIEWS OVER THE 250 ACRE ESTATE

Townleigh Farm Estate is the perfect  holiday retreat. The main Farm House has been refurbished and whilst keeping its Victorian character has been brought up to luxury contemporary standards. Set in 262 Acres of rolling Devon countryside Townleigh offers an idyllic countryside holiday or short break with accommodation for up to 16 people in the heart of West Devon.

TOWNLEIGH HOUSE AND ESTATE IS ABLE TO CATER FOR WEDDING PARTIES AND EVENTS FOR UP TO 130 FOR THE WEDDING BREAKFAST OR PRIVATE DINING.

 

All bedrooms are double and can be either twin or double bedded. The house has 4 double bedrooms 2 ensuite and the the other 2 share a bathroom. 

 

There are a further 4 bedrooms in the annex, one of which is ensuite with the other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom. The drawing Room and Dining Room can both accommodate 16 people making it an ideal location for a special event/ family reunion.

The Main House is available to rent as a whole, either with or without a chef, housekeeper and groundsman.

There are stunning views from the house and well maintained grounds with mature plants and trees all over the estate.

Should you wish, we can erect a marquee on the front lawn and are happy for you to receive quests here or to help you arrange a special event.

With the option of 4 letting cottages you can sleep upto 30 people onsite for you group event. The cottages can also be let out on an individual basis - please call for smaller groups.

 

Prices for a un catered option start from £3950 for a 2 night break

 

 Prices for a fully catered option start from £6950 for a 2 night stay for the main house

 

Townleigh can come fully staffed with a chef and housekeeper if required.
